Panos and Angeliki asked us to carry out a complete renovation of their home in Glyfada. The apartment is on the third floor of a building constructed in the 1980s and has a total area of 85 m².

Originally, the apartment had a separate kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Following the architectural design we prepared, the wall between the kitchen and living room was removed to create an open-plan space, and the bathroom was completely stripped out. Specifically, the building works carried out were the following:

• The brick wall between the kitchen and living room was removed
• The bathroom was completely stripped out
• The floor tiles, kitchen cabinets and wooden bedroom wardrobes were removed.
• The electrical and plumbing installation was replaced
• New wardrobes and a new kitchen were built, and new laminate interior doors were fitted.
• A walk-in shower was built
• New floor tiles were laid
• The apartment's aluminium window frames were replaced
• Concealed lighting was built with plasterboard
• The apartment was painted with branded eco-friendly paints.
