Stefanos and Maria bought a 60 m² apartment in Varkiza, on the first floor of a building constructed in the 1970s. The property had never had a home renovation, and we were asked to take on all the works needed to remodel it. Our team carried out the following works:

• The bathroom and kitchen were stripped out
• The old plumbing and electrical installation of the apartment was removed
• A new water-supply and drainage network was installed in the bathroom and kitchen
• The old wiring and the distribution board were replaced
• The apartment's external aluminium window frames were serviced
• New wooden kitchen cabinets were built
• A security door was fitted
• New floor and wall tiles were laid in the bathroom
• The marble floors of the home were sanded and polished
• The apartment was skimmed and painted with branded eco-friendly paints.
