The home underwent a complete renovation and, following new architectural plans, we created new spaces. It is a 55 m² apartment that had a kitchen, a living room, an entrance hall, one bedroom and a bathroom. After the renovation, the kitchen became a study, the kitchen moved into the living room – which was merged with the hall – and the bathroom was completely renovated. The building works carried out were the following:

• The wall between the living room and the entrance hall was demolished
• The plumbing and electrical installation was completely replaced
• New floor and bathroom tiles were laid
• New wooden kitchen cabinets and bedroom wardrobes were built
• The old wooden balcony doors and windows were replaced with new aluminium frames
• A new security door and interior doors were fitted
• A new pergola with awning fabric was built
• A new thermal insulation system was installed
• The roof was waterproofed and a solar water heater was installed on the roof of the building
• The apartment was skimmed and painted with eco-friendly paints.
